If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform and any associated CryptoView services.
User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to participate in CryptoView programs. By using our platform, you confirm that you are not subject to trade restrictions, sanctions, or prohibited jurisdictions, and that your participation complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing trading and financial services in your region.
Trading Risks
You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. Digital asset markets are highly volatile and performance outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Past success does not ensure future results. CryptoView does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All trading decisions are your responsibility, and you accept full liability for potential profits or losses incurred through trading activities.
Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, including login details, authentication methods, and any associated security tools. We strongly encourage enabling available security protections provided within the platform. You must promptly notify CryptoView of any suspected unauthorized account access. CryptoView is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials or failure to implement adequate account security practices.
Platform Usage
You agree not to use the CryptoView platform for illegal, abusive, or unethical activities, including but not limited to fraud, sanctions evasion, or market manipulation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Program rules, platform policies, and participation conditions may be updated periodically, and continued use of CryptoView constitutes acceptance of such changes. All platform decisions regarding evaluations, eligibility, and funding are final.
